Surviving ‘The End Times’ Part 2: Contacting The First Self (The God Within)
We are told by the wise ones of old, that at the very beginning of this universe, there was only one planet. No sun, no stars, no other planets existed, and because of this, no sense of time existed as well. This one planet is referred to as the first earth of this universe. It is said that the first earth was made from the stars (solar systems) of the previous universe when it ended.
A universe ends when it reaches perfection. At that point, every single thing that exists in that universe is totally perfect and cannot be perfected any further, but because the experience of life must continue, the Gods use this perfect universe, which is spherical in nature, as the first earth of the next universe that they will create. The stars of the previous universe became the atoms of the first earth. This means that the first earth is in fact an actual universe that existed before the current one, and everything that exists in our current universe was made around this first earth. At the center of this first earth, which was a universe before, is another planet which was also a universe before the previous universe existed. This has been going on for all of eternity and will continue in the same manner forever.
This first earth is a real planet that exists today and is located at the center of the universe.
On this first earth, there existed 1 billion 8 million (1b8m) Black people, one half were female and the other half male, referred to as the original Gods. This number, 1b8m, is the most sacred number in creation. It is the total number of original people who inhabited the first earth of our universe countless trillions of years ago. These are the same Gods that lived in the previous universe, which is now a planet, but before they disconnected their minds from their previous bodies, they made themselves new bodies corresponding to the size of the new first earth. From there, they disconnected their minds from the perfect bodies they had in that universe and left them there and connected them to the new bodies they made and they became the first inhabitants of that planet. From there on they seeded the earth with plant and animal life and went on to create new stars and planets around the first earth.
After living on that first earth for more than a trillion years, they finalized the plans for the completion of a new, much larger universe. They then gave birth to their descendants, and then passed out of life (ascended). Before passing, they established the society of the Black Nation by teaching their descendants everything they knew through oral teachings and initiation rituals. In order to ensure the continuity of eternity, these same 1b8m original Gods continue to incarnate in the new people (their descendants). They reside in the unconscious part of the person’s mind and are called the mind of God, or the divine gift of ancestral memory (or what modern people call the spirit of God). Thus every Black person, even though he or she is born brand new, is simultaneously one of the 1b8m original Gods. Only the personality is new. The spirit is old, even eternal.
This perfect society and system has been in place since the beginning of our universe, until 6000 years ago when it came to a temporary stop because of the creation of the light races.
With that being said, when we say ‘First self’, we refer to who you were at the beginning of the universe. You don’t remember right now, but you, Black man/woman,+ are one of the 1b8m people who inhabited the first earth of our universe, you just happen to be occupying a different body as you always do, and are also in a state of self-forgetfulness right now. What we are trying to do here is get in contact with this version of ourselves, who already knows the future in all its details and can therefore guide us through the tough times ahead of us.
Now, in our attempt to make contact with our First Self, we need to do two things:
1. Purify our physical bodies through proper fasting.
2. Train our minds to make contact with all our memories, which will help us to eventually make contact with the First Self.
Purifying our bodies through proper fasting, among a plethora of other benefits, makes us sensitive to the voice of the First Self by heightening our senses. Training our minds to be aware, active and easily remember things, we ensure that whatever passes through our sensitive senses is recorded very well and can be remembered, including the voice of the First Self.
Before we continue, it is imperative to note that the prerequisite of understanding the type of knowledge shared here is the thorough reading and understanding of the Blackroots Science Volume – 1 & 2 books. Our ancient ancestors used to pass down knowledge to their descendants through oral teachings and rituals of initiation as already mentioned. Since we don’t yet have direct access to the ancient ways of our ancestors, this ancient form of dissemination of knowledge has been altered to suit the modern day times. The Blackroots Science books will serve as our ‘oral teachings’, while the mental and physical exercises will be our modern day form of initiation rituals. This will remain the case until our time for initiation comes.
Another very important aspect of our training is having an invocation. We use an invocation in the course of our studies whenever we need strength and courage to continue. Click on this link to get familiar with the invocation we will use. I am told that it is best to utter this invocation in our own native languages, and as such, it is your responsibility to translate this invocation into your home language.

Purifying The Physical Body
There are many ways to cleanse the physical body as many of you are already aware, but the most natural and effective purification of the physical body happens when we complete the 7-Year Fasting Plan as outlined in the Blackroots Science Volume 1 book. This plan was created such that it gently changes the eating habits of any adult from eating 3 or more times a day to eating only once in 3 days. This was a natural part of our ancient ancestors’ lives and every Black person started it when they were 21 years old and finished it at the age of 28, but because this is not the case in today’s times, we can begin this fasting plan at any other point in our lives. Anyone who is between the ages of 21 and 60 is safe to go through the fasting plan and complete it. Take it one week at a time and you won’t notice the time fly by.
The reason our ancestors went through this fasting plan instead of using certain herbs or methods of cleaning the physical body, such as enema, laxatives, purging, etc, which are very common among Black people, is because fasting has so many other benefits that are not at all present with other cleansing techniques. Fasting does not only clean the body, but also ‘cleanses’ the mind and helps to keep it calm or still, which is essential when trying to communicate with the First Self. Fasting cleanses the body at a cellular level, leaving the entire body clean, unlike other cleansing methods that only empty our bowels and nothing much more than that. Fasting also helps displace many other bad habits we have formed ever since we came under the influence of yt people. Such benefits are not to be found with any other ‘faster’ methods of cleaning the body. Everything that our ancient ancestors did involved no pain and strive at all, and such is the case when going through the 7-Year fasting plan. Now, here’s why we must absolutely make sure that we start and finish this fasting program. As time goes by, as this world draws close to its end, the vibrations of the earth will start to heighten in preparation for the new type of people that will live on this planet, the original Gods. As the vibrations of the earth and its people go up, there will be new standards of living that will be set by nature itself due to the conditions it would have created on earth. Anyone who does not meet the requirements of the new standards of living, such as eating once in 3 days, will unfortunately not be able to survive on this earth for long. This will be one of the reasons people will lose their lives as time goes by, failure to reduce the intake of food. This is evident in the rising temperatures recorded all over the world, of which many people are already struggling to handle. Anything that isn’t clean will be taken out by Mother Nature, starting with the most unclean people, the yts.
On the same breath, I have reasons to believe that the completion of this very same 7-year fasting plan will be a requirement for adults to gain access to and live in some of the independent societies that are soon to be built.
With that being said, the completion of the 7-Year Fasting Plan is still far in the future for many people, so we still need a cleansing method/routine to live by as we try to complete the fasting plan. Below I outline what I think is the best way to cleanse the body without putting it under a lot of stress and also reaping the maximum benefits from it.
Our cleansing process is very simple. Assuming we eat 3 times a day, all we need to do to keep our bodies clean at all times, is to fast for 24 hours every 7 days, and fast for 72 hours every 28 days. Let us try to visualize this in writing. Assuming we start our exercises on the 1st of March, here is how the cleansing process would look like:
First day (01 Mar): 24hr fast beginning on 28 Feb at 6pm until 01 Mar at 6pm
7 days later (08 Mar): 24hr fast beginning on 07 Mar at 6pm until 08 Mar at 6pm
7 days later (15 Mar): 24hr fast beginning on 14 Mar at 6pm until 15 Mar at 6pm
7 days later (22 Mar): 24hr fast beginning on 21 Mar at 6pm until 22 Mar at 6pm
7 days later (29 Mar): 72hr fast beginning on 28 Mar at 6pm until 31 Mar at 6pm

7 days later (05 Apr): 24hr fast beginning on 04 Apr at 6pm until 05 Apr at 6pm
7 days later (12 Apr): 24hr fast beginning on 11 Apr at 6pm until 12 Apr at 6pm
7 days later (19 Apr): 24hr fast beginning on 18 Apr at 6pm until 19 Apr at 6pm
7 days later (26 Apr): 72hr fast beginning on 25 Apr at 6pm until 28 Apr at 6pm

Repeat the same 4-week pattern for the month of May and all other following months, ensuring that you stay loyal to the 7 and 28 day schedule. Note that the first day (01 Mar) is not part of the 4-week pattern, hence it disappears after the first 4 weeks. The first day is used merely as a means of preparation. In fact, those that can are encouraged to fast for 72 hours prior to the commencement of our exercises (from 26 Feb at 6pm until 01 Mar at 6pm).
I am told this cleansing routine is sufficient to keep us healthy at all times, avoid disease and be mentally active and alert. However, to truly reap the benefits, this cleansing process requires us to LIVE by it, and not simply use it for a month and go back to our bad habits. This is one of the shortcomings of other cleansing methods, more often than not, we go back to our old habits as soon as we’re done cleansing. This cleansing routine must be adopted for life. As time goes by and we get used to fasting for 24 hours, we may increase our 24 hour fast to 30 hours, and continue incrementing the fasting period by 6 hours as we get used to fasting, until we are able to fast for 72 hours every 7 days. Ultimately, this will help us to reach our goal of eating only once in 3 days.
Another important thing to note is that during the 24hr fasts, we are only allowed to drink water. Those who are completely new to fasting are welcome to drink light fruit juices during the day, but nothing solid. For the 72hr fast, the aim is to ultimately survive for 72 hours on water only. Those that are able to do this and know very well that they can, are encouraged to do so, but those who can’t can turn this water fast into a fruit fast by consuming fruits only during this period. It is up to you to eat the fruits as they are or blend them, however, blending them is encouraged. The aim of fasting is to give the stomach a rest and use the energy that is usually consumed by digestion for our mental alertness. If we recklessly eat fruits during this period, we will not achieve our goals as the stomach still has to digest the fruits. With that being said, we are encouraged to eat as few fruits as possible, or drink as less fruit blends as we possibly can.
As we get used to this cleansing routine, it is our responsibility to ensure that we also eat healthy foods. On top of this, those of us who eat three times a day, should use this cleansing routine to help us to get down to eating once a day.
Training Our Minds
In training our minds to make contact with all of our memories, we will do the exercises and follow the schedule that will be outlined below. These mental exercises are a modified version of the exercises outlined in the Blackroots Science book. The only exercises that I omitted are the conscious observations exercises, the rest of them have been neatly packed such that they’re easier to follow and do on a daily basis. Those that are able to integrate the conscious observation exercises as highly encouraged to do so.
I created this schedule because I saw many struggle to complete the exercises and end up completely giving up on them. I figured the problem could be that the exercises appear to be a lot to do, though they really aren’t, it is the required long period of investment that intimidates many, and so not many people have the patience and character to be able to complete them. The schedule I created is the simplest version of the exercises, shortened and compacted to make it much easier to follow and complete without compromising on our progress.
When we say “make contact with all your memories”, we refer to all your memories of THIS LIFETIME, meaning all your memories since you were born. Nestled in those memories are precious times we spoke to God directly, and by doing these exercises, we’re trying to remember these precious and sacred moments. This is not to be confused with ‘ancestral memory’, which are the memories of all of our past lives going back to the beginning of the universe. These can only be kindled during rituals of initiation.
The schedule and instructions are outlined below:
INSTRUCTIONS
– This memory training course takes about one year to complete, so be ready to be dedicated for at least one year.
– This course will take about an hour or so of your time on any given day, few minutes in the morning and a bit more in the evening.
– You can do this course while working or studying, you don’t have to change any part of your lifestyle to complete it, besides making time for it.
– It is based on the dreams, feelings/emotions, thoughts and number visualization exercises as outlined in the Blackroots Science book.
– The instructions are that we do the dreams, emotions/feelings, thoughts and number visualization exercises for 6 weeks straight, take a two week break then repeat. It’s really for 7 weeks because on the 7th week, we do recalls and on the 8th week we read the 24 de-programming statements. The reason for number visualization can be found here. This is exactly how the exercises are done in the Blackroots Science book. We will repeat the 6 week cycle 7 times using the below schedule as an outline.
SCHEDULE:
MORNING
– Write down your dreams as soon as you wake up if you had any that night
– After writing down your dreams and if you’re awake for the day, immediately take 5 minutes to do the Number Visualization Exercises before you start with your day. This is it for the morning.
ANYTIME DURING THE DAY
– Listen carefully to the FIRST ANSWER that comes to your mind whenever you ask yourself a question. Even if you decide not to act
according to the ANSWER, pay attention to it and remember it. Memorize it and record it at night, with a brief description of the question you were wondering about, and what you decided to do.
EXAMPLE: What should I wear today?
FIRST ANSWER: Wear your blue pants/blue dress etc. (I decided to wear the grey pants/yellow dress instead.)
– At any point during the day, take note of any feeling you have that day and the circumstances surrounding it. Memorize everything for later.
EVENING
– Write down everything surrounding the question you asked and the FIRST answer you heard
– Write down 1 strong feeling that you had that day, whether it’s joy, anger, sadness, peace, etc, and briefly describe the circumstances surrounding it.
DURING THE TWO-WEEK BREAK
– Do recalls
– Read 24 Deprogramming statements everyday for 7 days straight, without missing a day.
If you decide to start on Mar 1st 2025, your one-year mental training will look like this:
1st Cycle: 1 March – 12 April
Week 1:
– For dreams, record your dreams of any 1 night of that week. If you have a hard time remembering your dreams, record the feelings you have after you think you had a dream. Dreams will always leave you with strong emotions, either joy, sadness, fear, dread, worry, etc. Describe what you feel as clearly as you can.
– For emotions, at night, write down 1 strong feeling that you had that day, whether it’s joy, anger, sadness, peace, etc. Briefly describe the circumstances that led to the feeling.
– For thoughts, listen carefully to the FIRST ANSWER that comes to your mind whenever you ask yourself a question. Even if you decide not to act according to the ANSWER, pay attention to it and remember it. Memorize it and record it at night, with a brief description of the question you were wondering about, and what you decided to do. EXAMPLE: What should I wear today? FIRST ANSWER: Wear your blue pants/blue dress etc. (I decided to wear the grey pants/yellow dress instead).
Week 2: Same as week 1
Week 3:
– Record the dreams of any 2 nights of that week.
– Record 2 clear emotions every day for 7 days, along with a brief description of the circumstances surrounding them.
– Record 2 FIRST ANSWERS each day for 7 days, along with the circumstances and your final decision
Week 4: Same as week 3
Week 5:
– Record the dreams of any 3 nights of that week
– Record 3 clear emotions every day for 7 days, along with a brief description of the circumstances surrounding them.
– Record 3 FIRST ANSWERS each day for 7 days, along with the circumstances and your final decision
Week 6: Same as week 5
Break: 13 April – 25 April
Week 7:
– Choose three consecutive days to go over your dreams, emotions and thoughts.
– On the first day, go over your dreams of the last 6 weeks, reliving them in as much detail as possible. Use the first few lines to remind yourself of the dreams, or read all of it if you don’t remember.
– On the second day, you do the same thing but with your emotions, reliving them in as much detail as possible.
– On the third day, go over all your thoughts of the past 6 weeks, reliving them in as much detail as possible.
– Across all these, try by all means to remember everything first before going through what you wrote down. Only read everything if you’re struggling to remember.
Week 8:
– This is our time to read the 24 deprogramming statements for 7 days straight, preferably less than 30 minutes just before sleeping, without missing a day.
From here on, we continue to record dreams of any 3 nights of the week every week, 3 emotions everyday and 3 first answers everyday. We do this for another 6 weeks and on the 7th week we do recalls as before.

From here onward, our progress will determine whether we repeat the whole training again for another year. It is encouraged to repeat the training at least one more time even when we see progress. This is to further strengthen our minds and ensure beyond the shadow of doubt that we have reaped what we sow. Progress will be different for all us. While some will see progress within the first 3 months of doing these exercises, some will have to continue the grind for years. We must be ready to put in the work needed until we see progress no matter what.
Progress is remembering the conversations you have had with your First Self in this lifetime, and establishing some form of communication, the zenith of which is hearing the voice of the First Self. Hearing the voice of God is meant literally here, we have to reach a point where we can consciously communicate with God as if we are talking to someone physically, and because of this, it is important that we know exactly where this voice comes from and be able to distinguish it from our thoughts, since the voice comes directly from our minds.
Our minds are separated into two: the conscious mind and the unconscious mind. The conscious mind stores all of our memories of our current life and all its experiences, which ultimately forms who we are. The conscious mind is what the people of today refer to as the personality or the soul of a person. The unconscious mind on the other hand stores all of our memories from our past lives. It is what modern day spiritualists refer to as the Spirit of God or the Holy Spirit. Our ancestors referred to it as ancestral memory or the Mind of God. Yes, the Holy Spirit is not air or some formless entity floating around. The Holy Spirit is the Mind of God, and this mind exists in the unconscious mind of all Black people. It is from the unconscious mind that we should be expecting to hear the voice of our First Selves, because it is in the unconscious mind where the First Self exists. This of course means we should learn to still our conscious minds so that we can hear what the unconscious mind has to say. Not only that, we must also be able to remember these conversations. This can be achieved through meditation, but more on this on another post.
